We schedule our online meetings with you via Microsoft Teams, which can be accessed online, or via the app on your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or mobile. You can use an existing email address to login as a guest, or use an existing Microsoft Office account.
Follow the instructions below, from Microsoft, to access your online meeting in a few steps.
- Your appointment confirmation email will have a button link to "Join Microsoft Team Meeting"
- Join the meeting approximately 10 minutes before the start
- Call us if you experience any difficulties joining the meeting
